Originates investment grade residential mortgage loans based upon established relationships with consumers, Real Estate Agents and other professional affiliation. Actively participates in related business development activities to build personal business resources.
Two or more years of mortgage lending as a commissioned Loan Officer with a proven track record of closing greater than 10.0 million dollars per year in residential loans. Must have proven ability to generate Realtor referrals and be confident in the ability to generate greater than 50% purchase business annually. Thorough knowledge of income calculation methodology to include self employed applicants is required. Must be able to “field underwrite” mortgage loan applications and obtain consistently accurate AUS results. Must be highly professional, proficient and be able to accomplish multiple tasks concurrently.
